THEA ROLAND

Coach Thea Rolland from Factory Method Training
  • Thea combines her knowledge from various experiences as a trainer and athlete to deliver coaching best tailored to her athlete’s goals and needs. She believes ALL nutrition is performance nutrition. The bulk of the results you’ll see in your pursuits will come from whether or not you’re fueling your body appropriately. On top of being heavily rooted in data, Thea’s coaching considers her athlete’s daily and weekly biofeedback to inform her decision-making in the creation of their unique plans and programs. She believes in coaching each person as a WHOLE. You won’t just get a macro plan. You’re going to get an in-depth breakdown of everything you’ll need to accomplish your athletic goals. From day-to-day caloric needs, supplementation protocols, recovery requirements, and weekly support to interpret data such as dexa scans and blood work—Thea believes there’s more to nutrition than just “how much” or “what” you’re eating.

MATT ROLAND

Coach Matt Roland from Factory Method Training
  • Matt’s training philosophy is geared towards becoming as strong as possible and exceeding your own expectations every time you step into the gym. He is keen on testing methods and theories in his own training programs to truly understand the benefits and results that he can apply to all of his client’s plans. Matt believes, we as humans, are all capable of so much more than what we convince ourselves. He embraces discomfort and understands to keep growing as a person—and athlete—you must change who you are now in hopes of becoming the best version of yourself.
