Coaching is a two-way street. When working with clients, we put communication and transparency at the forefront of what we do. It takes a certain level of trust from your end in order for the plan to work. It also takes an open mind from the coach’s side of things in listening to the client’s goals and real-time feedback to make changes that suit the client best.

We take care of the data so you can focus on executing. The only ingredient that’s required for a plan to work is consistency. We’re here for you to lean on us to manage the data you collect (weights lifted or missed, weekly body weight fluctuations). By taking the thinking out of what the results are telling you, your only job is to do the work that’s in front of you without emotions getting in the way.
