Thea combines her expertise as a trainer, athlete, and nutrition advocate to empower women at every stage of their strength journey. She believes that strength training, paired with proper nutrition, is one of the most powerful tools for building a strong, capable, and resilient body. Her approach integrates both data and biofeedback, ensuring each program is personalized to address the unique physiological needs and goals of each woman.
