We welcome anyone from an amateur to an elite level that competes in a range of athletic and physical endeavours.

For athletes opting for our remote-style training and coaching plan, you can expect it to be centered around the specific goals established during the consultation held between you and your coach.

The program itself will have a heavy focus on enhancing movement quality, improving work capacity, and eliminating any weaknesses that could hinder your progress. Once we’ve established a good foundation, that's when we'll begin focusing on your overall strength and performance metrics. 

Our number one goal is setting you up for success by being flexible in our approach to how we get you there.

During your time working with your coach, you’ll receive:

  • Custom programming to support your unique performance goals established during your consultation

  • Video analysis and feedback on your technique from each session

  • Daily feedback from your coach in response to your training log updates and video submissions

  • 1-2 monthly video call check-ins decided between you and your coach based on what feels most appropriate for progress to be assessed

  • Your coach will monitor your weekly progress and make any necessary adjustments to your program to ensure you’re on the right track

  • An open line of communication between you and your coach via WhatsApp throughout the week to ensure adjustments are made in the moment to your program

    A 24-hour turnaround on your questions on weekdays, a 48-hour turnaround on weekends

  • **Minimum commitment of 12 weeks

Coaching is a two-way street.

When working with clients, we put communication and transparency at the forefront of what we do. It takes a certain level of trust from your end for the plan to work. It also takes an open mind from the coach’s side of things in listening to the lifter’s goals and real-time feedback to make changes that suit the lifter best.

We take care of the data so you can focus on executing.

The only ingredient that’s required for a plan to work is consistency. By taking the thinking out of what the results are telling you, your only job is to do the work that’s in front of you without letting emotions get in the way.
