The perfect plan for amatuer to elite athletes. 

For athletes and individuals opting for 1:1 nutrition coaching, we will focus on specific and generalized goals established during the consultation between the coach and athlete.

The plan will be created based on the end goal of the client and how time-sensitive it may be. Before beginning to track macros or weekly bodyweight averages, the coach will work with the client to establish a strong foundation with food habits and make sure the client understands what proper nutrition can look like for their life and schedule. Finding what works for them and what can be repeated over the course of many weeks at a time is the ultimate goal before even beginning to track any metrics. 

They will have access to communicate with their coach every day, and receive feedback on progress or what could be adjusted to ensure they’re on the right track. Check-ins will be twice a week to make sure everything is going according to plan or if something needs to be adjusted. The more communication between the client and the coach, the better the results!

The goal isn’t to have the client perpetually track everything until the end of time. The goal is to create sustainable habits and reset what “proper nutrition” means to them before going ahead to pursue their performance-based goals.

During your time working with your coach, you’ll receive:

  • Custom nutrition planning to support your unique performance goals established during your consultation

  • Daily feedback from your coach in response to your nutrition log updates and weekly check-in submissions

  • 1-2 monthly video call check-ins decided between you and your coach based on what feels most appropriate for progress to be assessed

  • Your coach will monitor your weekly progress and make any necessary adjustments to your plan to ensure you’re on the right track

  • Unlimited day-of support for competition, race, or meet days

  • An open line of communication between you and your coach via WhatsApp throughout the week to ensure adjustments are made in the moment to your plan

    A 24-hour turnaround on your questions on weekdays, a 48-hour turnaround on weekends

  • **Minimum commitment of 12 weeks

Coaching is a two-way street.

When working with clients, we put communication and transparency at the forefront of what we do. It takes a certain level of trust from your end in order for the plan to work. It also takes an open mind from the coach’s side of things in listening to the lifter’s goals and real-time feedback to make changes that suit the lifter best.

We take care of the data so you can focus on executing.

The only ingredient that’s required for a plan to work is consistency. By taking the thinking out of what the results are telling you, your only job is to do the work that’s in front of you without letting emotions get in the way.
