A combo plan for lifters and athletes looking to optimize their performance inside and outside of the gym.

What you get:

  • Custom programming to support your unique performance & nutrition goals established during your consultation

  • Video analysis and feedback on your technique from each session

  • Daily feedback from your coach in response to your training log updates and video submissions

  • 1-2 monthly video call check-ins decided between you and your coach based on what feels most appropriate for progress to be assessed

  • Your coach will monitor your weekly progress and make any necessary adjustments to your program to ensure you’re on the right track

  • An open line of communication between you and your coach via WhatsApp throughout the week to ensure adjustments are made in the moment to your program

  • A 24-hour turnaround on your questions on weekdays, a 48-hour turnaround on weekends
