Custom programming to support your unique performance & nutrition goals established during your consultation
Video analysis and feedback on your technique from each session
Daily feedback from your coach in response to your training log updates and video submissions
1-2 monthly video call check-ins decided between you and your coach based on what feels most appropriate for progress to be assessed
Your coach will monitor your weekly progress and make any necessary adjustments to your program to ensure you’re on the right track
An open line of communication between you and your coach via WhatsApp throughout the week to ensure adjustments are made in the moment to your program
A 24-hour turnaround on your questions on weekdays, a 48-hour turnaround on weekends
