Build Your Own Pregnancy Workout Guide
If you know you want to prioritize strength training during your pregnancy yet following a program feels like too much of a commitment, this is the guide for you. I created this guide for you to use as support for the creation of your workouts. It’s a blueprint to help you create some structure to follow that suits your time and energy availability every day.
In this guide, you’ll have your own exercise library to pick your preferred movements to train and coaching on how to determine your working volume and weights for the day.
I also included some workout examples for you to see how it all comes together, which you can of course use yourself as a part of your own training!
Pregnancy strength training doesn’t have to feel overwhelming. My hope is to give you the guidance you need to make confident decisions around your training from now until you welcome your little one to the world.
Disclaimer: I am a CPPC-certified coach and a mother. While the guidance in this document reflects both my professional expertise and personal experience, your primary care provider should be your main source of support and guidance for significant decisions during pregnancy. Every pregnancy is unique, and it’s essential to prioritize the needs of your body and baby. Always consult with your healthcare provider to ensure the best care for you and your pregnancy.
