  • Thea combines her expertise as a trainer, athlete, and nutrition advocate to empower women at every stage of their strength journey. She believes that strength training, paired with proper nutrition, is one of the most powerful tools for building a strong, capable, and resilient body. Her approach integrates both data and biofeedback, ensuring each program is personalized to address the unique physiological needs and goals of each woman.

    Taking a whole-person approach to coaching, Thea goes beyond standard workout plans. You’ll receive a structured, evidence-based program designed to help you build strength, enhance mobility, manage energy, and nourish your body for long-term health. Whether you're looking to improve fitness, support your body through major life changes, or simply maintain a strong foundation, Thea emphasizes the importance of balancing exercise with proper nutrition to fuel your body and optimize performance. From core stability and pelvic floor health to energy management and safe strength progression, Thea’s coaching is about more than just working out—it’s about building confidence, resilience, and sustainable wellness for the long haul.

  • Matt’s training philosophy is geared towards becoming as strong as possible and exceeding your own expectations every time you step into the gym. He is keen on testing methods and theories in his own training programs to truly understand the benefits and results that he can apply to all of his client’s plans. Matt believes, we as humans, are all capable of so much more than what we convince ourselves. He embraces discomfort and understands to keep growing as a person—and athlete—you must change who you are now in hopes of becoming the best version of yourself.
