THEA ROLAND

Thea combines her expertise as a trainer and athlete to empower women through every stage of their strength journey, including pregnancy and postpartum. She believes that strength training is one of the most powerful tools for supporting a strong, capable, and resilient body—especially during pregnancy. Her coaching is rooted in both data and biofeedback, ensuring that each program is tailored to the unique physiological changes women experience.
Thea takes a whole-person approach to coaching, going beyond generic prenatal modifications. You won’t just get a workout plan—you’ll get a structured, evidence-based program designed to help you maintain strength, adapt to your changing body, and prepare for both birth and postpartum recovery. From core and pelvic floor stability to mobility, energy management, and safe strength progression, Thea ensures that prenatal training is more than just “keeping active”—it’s about building confidence, resilience, and long-term health.

MATT ROLAND

Matt’s training philosophy is geared towards becoming as strong as possible and exceeding your own expectations every time you step into the gym. He is keen on testing methods and theories in his own training programs to truly understand the benefits and results that he can apply to all of his client’s plans. Matt believes, we as humans, are all capable of so much more than what we convince ourselves. He embraces discomfort and understands to keep growing as a person—and athlete—you must change who you are now in hopes of becoming the best version of yourself.
